Our Story

"Funky Ouma" is the result of a very funky Ouma of 10 grandchildren who's been playing around with food and spices all her life, but only decided at 67 to start her own brand together with her youngest daughter, Johannita Eksteen.

The factory, herb garden and lemon orchard are on the farm where we live. The best part about our business is that it allows Johannita to be a mother and involve the kids daily and be there when they need her...
